- Part of the problem that you're having todd is that you tried to run the file pctptt... This is not a setup file, it is an application used by the modem... Try unzipping the file to a directory, and if you already have drivers installed for the modem, simply update the drivers by specifying that directory as their location. Otherwise use Add New Hardware wizard to add the modem.comment by William
