This worked fine on W98 It's plug and play, so check device manager / network adapters & other adapters for a bad install from W98 and delete them. Two other listings for Bay Networks 6367 and 11220 for the FA310TX are just one file - DO NOT DOWNLOAD THEMcomment by JVL
